About This Position:

As a Program Manager, Certifications, you will start out in a support role, over 6-8 months, as you learn all functions and capacities of the Program Manager role. You will learn to host current certification programs, managing technology and multiple platforms while supporting faculty and students during online classes. You will be responsive to all sorts of requests from current Program Managers to support the art of certification program design and delivery. You will learn to work with and manage our faculty members and will be required to attend multiple meetings.  All of this while maintaining a “can do” attitude and willingness to jump in and manage all tasks, large and small. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of certification programs from Enneagram, to Energy Healing to Somatic Movement and more, and learn all aspects of what it means to  manage our graduate level certification programs.

  • Your flexibility to handle minor to difficult requests and tasks simultaneously
  • Your efficiency and attention to a myriad of details
  • Your ability to adapt to an always changing set of demands as a collaborative team member 

This position requires a fine balance of project management, technical and (written and spoken) communication skills. 

Basics Required:

  • 2-3 years project management or administrative experience, ideally in an online format
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of transformational content, including leading teachers, schools of thought, and market trends
  • Competence and confidence with technology, and an affinity to learn and implement 
  • Prefer 1-2 years remote experience and experience in  Zoom, Slack, Asana, Airtable and ZenDesk. Will train in Confluence
