About This Position:

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will help us grow the audience for our world-class learning experiences. You will be responsible for paid search advertising on Google, YouTube, Bing, and other emerging platforms. You must have a growth-hacking mindset, a strong understanding of digital advertising across multiple channels, and the ability to make agile data-informed decisions. You will have 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be working with a team to implement sophisticated advertising campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and grow campaigns on Google Ads, Yahoo, and Microsoft Ads - growing revenue and maximizing Return on Ad Spend.
  • Initiate and execute tests. Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget.
  • Manage reporting and tracking of search campaigns, including development of all reporting templates and delivery of all relevant reports, whether regularly scheduled or ad hoc analysis
  • Optimize landing pages and the sales funnel.
  • Launch experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels and iterate on the digital marketing strategy


Qualifications and Characteristics Desired:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search marketing campaigns.
  • Up-to-date on SEM trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities.
  • Strong Google Ads and Microsoft Ads skills.
  • Excellent understanding of performance marketing & customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing design and execution.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
  • Must be aligned with the vision/mission of the company
  • Familiarity with the programs and events that The Shift Network offers
  • Knowledge of transformational content, including teachers and schools of thought
  • 1-2 years remote office experience (preferred)
