We're Looking For:

An Inclusion Program Manager that is comfortable with cross-departmental management, is versed in Inclusion-Related Topics, has experience as a Bridge-Builder, and will work closely and in partnership with our Chief Inclusion Officer (CIO). This position requires that you have engaged in a significant body of personal work around unpacking the systems of inequity and oppression and, especially, knowing how to utilize restorative practices and build bridges across differences. This role centers around being a collaborator in the work of dismantling racism, healing cultural appropriation and pioneering fresh pathways to future-building change.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Visible leadership skills and confidence in navigating difficult subjects and discussions
  • Co-facilitator of the Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EID) committee
  • Working closely with the CIO to develop, implement and evaluate inclusion-related initiatives, including carrying out research assignments
  • Collaborate with the CIO to produce content and program manage The R.A.C.E. Project initiatives
  • Develop progressive offerings and build capacity for the Anti-Racism toolbox projected to become a business vertical
  • Take on a key role in the company regarding all things "Inclusion"
  • Skillfully manage program development and implementation while managing a myriad of details 
  • Solid record-keeping & organizational skills in support of the CIO and all inclusion-related projects
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to author articles and contribute to educational materials & projects
  • Agile thinker for participation in interviews, experiential events and the facilitation of programs

Qualifications and Characteristics Desired:

  • 2-3 years experience with project or program management
  • Knowledge of Asana and other productivity tools and comfortable, confident and fluid with technology
  • Connected to a spiritual practice that helps to ground and inform program development
  • Awareness of one’s own heritage and cultural identity, and being able to embrace and model your commitment to inclusion
  • Knowledge of Truth & Reconciliation methodologies or similar schools of thought
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the area of facilitating topics that have been impacted by racism and exclusion as well as other related topics and disciplines
  • Creating transformation through cross-cultural communication, restorative justice, and how best to interact with people and communities
  • The ability to be flexible and to successfully pivot as needed
  • A self-starter that is excited by creativity and problem-solving
  • Reliable, responsible, creative, punctual and expert in task-tracking for self and others working across teams
  • Authentic, honest, and direct communicator, capable of engaging in transparent conversations
  • Experience working in a remote environment
